Are 'Core Weeks' a Hybrid Work Solution for Your Organization?
Bottom Line Upfront: Core Weeks appear to be a worthy hybrid model for Operators running organizations with remote workers across geographic boundaries.

Overview:
Interesting ‘Core Weeks’ excerpts used by J.M. Smucker Co as posted by The Hustle.

Key Details
Per The Wall Street Journal, the J.M. Smucker Co. has introduced a new return-to-office plan that’s actually working, known as “core” weeks.
Smucker’s headquarters is based in Orrville, Ohio, but its new RTO policy asks employees to be on-site only 25% of the time (about six days/month), during 22 core weeks each year.
Employees can live anywhere in the US if they can make it into the office for core weeks.
Operational Action:
File away and/or share with fellow operators who influence hybrid work policy at their organization.
Let’s go Operators!
